Yeeeeeeeeeah. I'm not that good at updating this thing. But I can say that I'm writing for a very good reason.

First of all, my ex did not turn out to be that great.

Secondly, the man I'm currently with is a dream come true!

He is the sweetest man ever, who loves me for who I am. We have so much in common, it's almost scary. He's the gentlest, most considerate man I've ever known, and I'm so lucky to have him.

Know, you may roll your eyes as you read me gush endlessly about some guy you don't know, thinking that I'm just under the spell of first love. You may say to yourself that it's just a phase, and once something goes wrong I'll be cursing his name while mutilating some doll with his picture pasted on it. And I will tell you why.

I have a different thinking than most people, and so does he. When a problem comes along, we immediately look at the problem and see if there is anything we can do to fix it. Also, we both can think from the other point of view, and we both readily admit to our mistakes.

And of course, you say, "You say that now." I know I may be eating my words. But you know what? I don't care. I'm not letting the future make me lose sight of who I am. I'm going to enjoy the present, remember the past, and anticipate the future.

Love is a connection to two people. It can only grow over time. I want to see just what this will grow, but I am having fun with what I have now.
